Your orders will be delivered within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) after bank confirmation. If there is a delay caused by us, you will be notified via your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on holidays. All the products you choose will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies. The products you purchase will be confirmed via an email. If any of the products you choose are out of stock or production is stopped, you will be sent an email regarding the issue and informed of the date the product will be back in stock.
