The subject of this agreement; It covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product that the SELLER sells to the BUYER, the specifications and sales price of which are indicated on the website.
Listed prices are sales prices. They are valid until updated. Limited-time promotions are valid until the specified date.

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS

8.1. The BUYER accepts that they have read and been informed of all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the products ordered, the sales price, the payment method, and the delivery, and that they have confirmed this information electronically.
8.2. The product will be delivered within a period that may vary depending on the BUYER's place of residence, provided that the legal 30-day period is not exceeded. If the period is exceeded, the BUYER may terminate the contract.
8.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product in a complete, accurate, and compliant manner with legal regulations.
8.4. In case of impossibility of performance, the SELLER shall make a refund within 14 days by giving written notice within 3 days.
8.5. If the product price is not paid or canceled by the bank, the BUYER shall return the product within 3 days.
8.6. If there is a credit card dispute due to unauthorized use, the BUYER shall return the product at their own shipping cost.
8.7. In cases of force majeure, delivery may be postponed or the BUYER may request cancellation.
8.8. By accepting the contract, the BUYER grants the SELLER permission to communicate via email.
8.9. The BUYER is obliged to inspect the product before taking delivery; damaged products are not accepted.
8.10. In case of a security doubt, the SELLER may request additional documents; if not provided, the order will be canceled.
8.11. The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

8.13. No immoral or harmful practices may be carried out through the SITE.
8.14. SELLER is not responsible for third-party links.
8.15. In case of non-compliance, all legal and criminal liability shall belong to the BUYER.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For returns, the product must be sent unused, undamaged, and with all documentation, including the invoice.

10. ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellations can be requested before the product is shipped. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return procedure.

11. DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

In case of payment default, BUYER shall be liable for interest and charges due to its relationship with the relevant bank.

12. COMPETENT COURT

In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the SELLER's place of establishment shall have jurisdiction.

13. EFFECTIVE DATE

ALICI, by making the payment, shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
